STEP 1/8
Slice 1/3 zucchini, a little carrot, and 1/3 onion.
Cut 1/2 green onion diagonally.

Add a little pepper, 1 tablespoon mirin, and a pinch of salt to the minced pork (100g) and mix well.

Add 1/2 tablespoon starch and 1 tablespoon water and mix well to make starch water.

Grease the pan with oil and stir-fry the sliced green onions.
If the green onion flavor is savory, add the minced pork and stir-fry enough until the meat is cooked.

Add onion and carrot and stir-fry until onion is clear.
Add zucchini, too.

When the zucchini is a little low, add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 tablespoon thick soy sauce and bring to a boil.
* Taste it before adding starch water.
If it's bland, please add more soy sauce.

After seasoning, add starch water and mix quickly.
Then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and an appropriate amount of sesame seeds to finish.

It's even better if you put a half-cooked egg on top
