Making simple fried rice/omelet rice with ingredients at home
I simply made omurice with fried rice using only the remaining ingredients at home.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, cut the potatoes into the right size for fried rice and soak them in water to remove starch.
STEP 2/14
Drain potatoes that have been soaked for a while using a sieve.
STEP 3/14
Chop 3 onions and 1/2 paprika into good sizes for fried rice.
I put 1/2 onions with red onions.

Chop 1/4 head of kimchi into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/14
Add an appropriate amount of oil and stir-fry the potatoes first.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and adjust the seasoning.

Next, stir-fry the onions.
Add 2 to 3 pinch of salt to adjust the seasoning.

You can stir-fry the paprika a little bit.
STEP 8/14
For sour kimchi, add a little sugar and stir-fry it to capture the sour taste.

Place all stir-fried ingredients in a pan.

Add 4 servings of rice and stir-fry.

If it's cooked well, add 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix it. Then, the fried rice is done

Beat in eggs and fry in a heated frying pan.
When the eggs are cooked to a certain extent, add a moderate amount of rice.

Fold both sides of the egg over low heat before it is fully cooked.

When you get the shape, put it in a bowl and sprinkle ketchup on it, and the omurice is complete.
I made it quickly using only the ingredients at home, but you can easily make delicious omurice with eggs.
