Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare the ingredients. Cut kimchi into small pieces and cut it into old cubes. Roll up the lettuce and shred it.

Blanch muk in boiling water.
STEP 3/5
Rinse the blanched jelly well in cold water and put it in a bowl.
STEP 4/5
On top of that, put shredded lettuce - kimchi - seaweed flakes in order and pour cold noodle broth.
