Making clam aglio e olio pasta
I used to cook tomato spaghetti often, but I wanted to eat aglio e olio pasta, so I made it simple. I left a bag of clams to do this. I've put in some of the other ingredients that I always have at home, and I was going to put in pepperoncino, but what comes to mind when I'm done making it... Let's say there's no right answer for cooking. If it's delicious because I made it, that's the answer

Ingredients
  • Manila clam
  • If it's spaghetti
  • olive oil
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrot
  • onion
  • Garlic
  • ground pepper
  • Water
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil spaghetti noodles for 8 minutes. I add olive oil and salt. The noodles are soft and you can season them slightly.
STEP 2/7
When I make aglio e olio pasta, I use a chopping knife to push carrots and pumpkins.
The shape is prettier than cutting with a knife. I bought a new knife, but it's before I take a picture... I suddenly felt sorry for him
STEP 3/7
Slice the onion thinly and slice the garlic into pieces. There are 13 clams in one bag. The eggs are small, and it's about 1,700 won per bag, but it's expensive. The title is clam aliooli. The clams are just a little bit. There's nothing we can do about this.
STEP 4/7
The olive oil that reappears~ Put the oil on it and cook the clams first,
STEP 5/7
When the clams start to open one by one, add garlic. I checked the message and found that you opened your mouth a lot.
STEP 6/7
Add chopped pumpkin, carrot, onion, and boiled spaghetti noodles. I boiled it as much as a 500 won coin, but there are a lot of noodles today... . Daiso sells noodles for one person each, so I think I'll buy that. And I put in about half a cup of noodle water (spaghetti boiled water) that I couldn't throw away.
STEP 7/7
The seasoning felt bland, so I ground it with salt and pepper. I have a weird taste these days. They say it's salty, but I'm not...^^;; (I cooked steamed eggs yesterday, and I added a little salt because I was sleeping, but I can feel the spicy taste even if it's a little spicy.
