Turn off the heat when the edges turn yellowish.

If you're not sure, you can harden it right away when you drop a little syrup in cold water!!!

Coat the drained plum skewer with sugar syrup evenly.

Please prepare it by laying foil on the plate.

Place plum skewers covered with sugar syrup on foil and harden in refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
I used plums, but you can use any fruit such as peaches, grapes, tomatoes, etc.
The ratio of sugar and starch syrup is really important for Tanghulu!!!
Sugar 2: 0.5 starch syrup!!!
Starch syrup prevents sugar crystals from forming!!!
When making syrup, do not stir it and leave it alone.
