I used plums, but you can use any fruit such as peaches, grapes, tomatoes, etc. The ratio of sugar and starch syrup is really important for Tanghulu!!! Sugar 2: 0.5 starch syrup!!! Starch syrup prevents sugar crystals from forming!!! When making syrup, do not stir it and leave it alone.
