Making sweet mini rice cake skewers in one bite
It's the most popular snack among children I made rice cake skewers!!! It's a delicious recipe with chewy rice cake and sweet sauce!!! I love it when I make it for my child

  • Garlic

  • Ketchup

  • Starch syrup

  • Vinegar
    2TS
  • sesame salt
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/10
Add the seasoning ingredients for the rice cake skewers and crush the garlic and mix well.
STEP 3/10
Add the sauce to the pan and stir-fry it on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
(You can omit it, but if you stir-fry it once, the taste of the sauce comes alive.)

When you scratch it with a spoon, you can see the bottom!!!

Boil the rice cake in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6/10
Put the boiled rice cake in cold water and cool it down.
STEP 7/10
Put 3-4 pieces of rice cake on the skewer.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the rice cakes over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Remove the fat from the well-fried rice cake.
STEP 10/10
Spread the sauce on the fried rice cake and complete it.
If you boil the rice cake once, it becomes soft and easy to stick on the skewer~~~!!! When making the sauce for rice cake skewers, make it in the ratio of red pepper paste 1: ketchup 2~~~!!! If you fry rice cakes for a long time, the rice cakes become hard, so it is recommended to fry them over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes~~~!!!
