I keep looking for noodles because it's hot. I made easy bean noodles using Monglei soft tofu and unsweetened black bean tofu that I bought to cook stew.

  • Peach of Heaven
  • a young leaf vegetable
  • small noodles

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I bought Mongri soft tofu and soy milk at the cooperative
STEP 2/4
Grind the two in a blender
STEP 3/4
Season and concentrate with salt and ice:
I ground it and put it in the refrigerator early
If you use it, you don't need to add ice
STEP 4/4
Add boiled noodles and garnish
The amount of soup is a lot for one person and not enough for two people. It's good to leave the rest of the soup in the refrigerator and drink it. Honey or oligosaccharide is also delicious.
