Electric rice cooker, stone-plate cooked eggs are easy to make
It's already the holiday season!! There's less than two weeks left, so I'm very excited. So dieting is a must. I've gained a lot of weight since I got married, but since summer is here, I'll have to go on a diet! And I'm eating boiled eggs. (Of course it's not dinner.. Although it's lunch) I sometimes crave grilled eggs because I only eat boiled eggs. Before marriage, my mom used to steam it with Oku, but even though I have Oku at home, it takes too long to use it. So I used an electric rice cooker that I usually have at home to make it simple.

Ingredients
  • Eggs
    8~10ea
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Water
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, leave the eggs at room temperature for more than an hour. That way I can make it not break :)
STEP 2/7
You have to clean the eggs without cold air at room temperature. Add 1 tsp vinegar and half a spoonful of salt to water and gently wash the eggs. Gently so that it doesn't break
STEP 3/7
And put it in a rice cooker and mix it with a teaspoon of water and salt
STEP 4/7
Press cooking in the pot of electric rice and return it.It's good to use the all-around steam function. I have a steamed function, but I've never used it, so I just gave it back to white rice. It's so complicated that I don't know! If you're doing that, you can just cook the white rice The time varies depending on the rice cooker, but it usually takes about 40 to 50 minutes.
STEP 5/7
Eggs in 40 minutes!! Elvan eggs taste better when they're dark. They usually return it 2-3 times with an electric rice cooker. It's annoying up to three times, so I gave it back twice
STEP 6/7
After turning it once, add more water (put less than the first one), and if you cook it for the second time, tada!!! The color is already different from before, right?? There are 2 or 3 pieces of skin that are cracked, but it doesn't affect my eating^^
STEP 7/7
The more you turn it, the darker the color comes out, so if you turn it up to three times, you can eat it darker and chewy I'm satisfied with number 2 too ^^
