STEP 1/8
Mash steamed pumpkin A (130g) finely when it is warm.
STEP 2/8
In a bowl, beat eggs roughly, then add sugar and mix until smooth.
STEP 3/8
Add mashed sweet pumpkin, cooking oil, milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
STEP 5/8
When only a small amount of powder is visible, add 1cm cubed pumpkin B (100g) and mix well.
STEP 6/8
Fill a muffin cup with 70% dough.
STEP 7/8
Boil in boiling water for 15 minutes (cover with dishcloth to prevent dripping of water).
STEP 8/8
Water vapor can also cause burns, so be careful when you take it out.

I thought 80g of sugar was too much, but as you said, it tastes light compared to the batter I like the sweet and chewy texture of sweet pumpkin so I'm moving on Thank you for the great recipe!^^
