STEP 1/13
The proportion is important to make glutinous rice paste. Adjust the ratio of water 3: glutinous rice flour 1. If the soju glass has 3 cups of water, the glutinous rice powder has 1 cup. I put 300 water and 100 glutinous rice flour in the measuring cup. It's a lot, right? There must be a reason why Jjakkoong says that he has big hands when he cooks. ^^;; Stir the two ingredients to blend well.
STEP 2/13
Put glutinous rice paste in the microwave and heat it up. I did it for a minute on Salim 9-dan's Everything Award, but why isn't it working? I shouldn't, right? Add time according to the output of the microwave according to the amount.
STEP 3/13
When you spin the first minute, you spin the second minute, you spin the third 30 seconds
It became thick sticky rice paste. I turned it on for a total of 2 minutes and 30 seconds because it was a lot.
STEP 4/13
I put in two pinches of salt. Again, there's a lot of glutinous rice paste.
STEP 5/13
I bought 10 sheets of gimbap. You said you wanted to try it... I folded it in half to explain. You don't have to fold it in half. (Ripped laver)
STEP 6/13
Apply glutinous rice paste on only half of one sheet. I put on something hot, and the steam was cringe-worthy.
STEP 7/13
Fold the seaweed in half and put glutinous rice paste on the top.
STEP 8/13
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it.
STEP 9/13
Since I applied a lot of glutinous rice paste, heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes and blow away the moisture. In Salim 9-dan's All Things Award, I turned it around for 2 minutes.
STEP 10/13
I heated it up in the microwave, took it out, turned on the fan, and dried it for about 30 minutes. We don't have a dryer...
STEP 11/13
It's big, so I cut it in half, but if it's divided into three, it'll be easier to eat.
STEP 12/13
I'll try Happy Call to the royal fan. ^^ Why? It's hard to burn because the pan is thick. When you do this, it's very good~ The more you use Happy Call products, the more you like them. Seaweed was thin, so it didn't pour much oil.
STEP 13/13
I put half of it in a plastic bag and mixed it with sugar.
