STEP 1/11
Please use the pizza dough you bought or make it :)

STEP 2/11
Cut 4 shallots, 5 to 8 mushrooms, and 1/2 green pepper into bite-size pieces :) Cut pineapple into bite-size pieces and strain it in a sieve to remove syrup
I bought the wrong can and used the crushed pineapple can
STEP 3/11
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces
I cut it too big at first, so I cut it one more time later crying
STEP 4/11
Make the sauce with 1 tsp red pepper paste, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp margin garlic, a little pepper, a little sugar, a little pepper powder, a little starch syrup, and a little soy sauce, and marinate the chicken breast
Since pineapple tastes sweet and sour, marinate the meat not too sweet
STEP 5/11
Make tomato sauce while the meat is marinated :) First, put cooking oil or olive oil in a heated pan, then stir-fry minced garlic 1Tsp and prepared shallots
When you stir-fry it, you can season it with pepper!
STEP 6/11
Combine canned tomatoes and 2 Tsp tomato puree in a pan where vegetables are fried
Add salt, sugar, or pepper to your taste
STEP 7/11
Mix chopped mushrooms, a little dry basil, and 1 to 2 bay leaves in a mixed sauce, and simmer over low heat
Turn it off when the mushrooms are cooked. :)
STEP 8/11
While the sauce is boiling, stir-fry the marinated chicken breast and prepare it
STEP 9/11
Make the dough into the desired thickness, place it in a pan, fold the corners nicely, and poke the center with a fork
That way, the dough will be cooked deliciously even if you add sauce and add toppings on top!
STEP 10/11
Place prepared sauce on top of pizza dough to taste and top with pineapple
Since I used crushed pineapple, I put it on the edge like in the picture
STEP 11/11
Place roasted chicken breast, bell pepper and pizza mozzarella cheese to your liking and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes!
