Seasoned bean sprouts and water parsley to make it unique
Tasteful, crisp bean sprouts. I can chew water parsley in the middle. It adds another texture and flavor. It's fun to pick it up~

  • water parsley
    40g
  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract
    1/2T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • Sesame
    1/2t
  • Sesame oil
    1/2t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Blanch the bean sprouts and water parsley in boiling water (+ 1/2T of salt) over high heat for 1 minute.
STEP 2/7
Wash it several times in water and drain it through a sieve.
STEP 3/7
Cut the water parsley into 4-5cm long pieces.
STEP 4/7
Add 1/4T of fish sauce to the bean sprouts and gently mix.
STEP 5/7
You can see the water coming out of the bean sprouts. If you mix it together. It's not going to taste good later. Just throw away the water. (To put it simply, it feels like you're seasoning it once.)
STEP 6/7
Add water parsley, 1/4T of fish sauce, and minced garlic and mix gently one more time.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add sesame oil and crushed sesame seeds and mix them together.
Based on T = 15cc, t = 5cc (measuring spoon).
