How to make soy sauce bibimbap noodles

Ingredients
  • small noodles
    100g
  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Water
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    0.5spoon
  • Sesame
    0.3spoon
  • seaweed flakes
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add soy sauce and water first and mix them
Then add oligosaccharide and mix thoroughly.
If you don't like the sweetness, reduce the oligosaccharide.
STEP 2/5
Pour plenty of water into the pot
When it starts to boil, add the noodles and boil.
When the bubbles come up, add a cup of cold water
Use chopsticks to lift noodles like in the picture
Boil the noodles.
STEP 3/5
Wash the noodles in cold water
Drain on a sieve.
STEP 4/5
Put the boiled noodles in the sauce
Wearing disposable gloves
Mix it well, please.
* When I boiled 100g of noodles, 2 kids could eat it.
