STEP 1/7
Wash potatoes thoroughly under running water.
Please remove the buds.
In the case of large potatoes, cutting them in half reduces the time to boil.
STEP 2/7
Put the washed potatoes in the pot.
Pour enough water to cover the potatoes half way.
Then add 1 to 2 small spoons of salt and 1/3 cup of sugar (a) (measuring paper cups) and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 3/7
When it boils up, turn down the heat from high to medium low.
Turn the potatoes over to cook well.
STEP 4/7
When I opened the lid after 15 minutes, the water decreased a lot.
I was wondering how well the potatoes were cooked, so I poked them with chopsticks and they went in
* I used small potatoes to cook quickly, but a slightly larger potato can take longer.
* If the potatoes are undercooked and the water has decreased a lot, add more water and cook the potatoes thoroughly.
STEP 5/7
When the potatoes are cooked, add 1/3 cup of sugar.
STEP 6/7
You can cook the sugar potato by raising the gas heat between medium and high heat and cooking it well like blowing moisture away. :)
STEP 7/7
I split the sugar and potato in half and took a bite of it.
It wasn't that sweet compared to the amount of sugar that went in, maybe because I used the potato peel.
It didn't get seasoned to the inside, so it felt like we were playing separately.
So when I make it next time, I'm going to peel potatoes and reduce the amount of sugar
