I've been enjoying it for a while, but I forgot about it, and now it's fully cooked in the refrigerator.. It's too sour to just eat, so I added perilla oil and perilla powder and stir-fried it. The taste is excellent :)

  • God Kimchi
    600g
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • perilla powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash mustard kimchi in running water, remove all red pepper powder, squeeze the water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/4
Put mustard kimchi in a pan that's not preheated and stir-fry it over medium heat to evaporate moisture
STEP 3/4
Add perilla oil and stir-fry more.
STEP 4/4
When it's almost done, add perilla powder and stir-fry it.
- Perilla powder can be omitted - If you don't have perilla oil, you can replace it with sesame oil
