Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Shred onions and carrots and season them with salt.
Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in sugar water and stir-fry them in soy sauce (Soy sauce 1: Sugar 1/2).
Stir-fry fish cake in soy sauce (Soy Sauce 1: Sugar 1/2).
Stir-fry the pork in soy sauce (Soy sauce 1: Sugar 1/2) with minced garlic and a little bit of sesame oil.
Blanch chives slightly and then season with salt and sesame oil.

Put the glass noodles in boiling water
Boil it on high heat for 11 minutes.
STEP 3/7
Remove the glass noodles, rinse them in cold water, and wash the starch.

Drain on a strainer

7 tablespoons of cooking oil (any kind at home) and
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce and 2/3 cup starch syrup
Stir-fry it on medium heat for 5 minutes
Reduce the water to a low heat for 3 minutes.

If you add a little bit of egg (white, yellow) egg garnish, the color becomes prettier.
