It's a super simple side dish using oyster sauce.
If you're going to make it as a side dish for children, just one tablespoon of oyster sauce!
If adults eat it, it's okay to put in 2 spoons and make it salty.

Wash it in running water.

Cut the green onion to the length of your finger.

Cut the paprika into finger-length pieces.

I prepared oyster mushroom by washing it lightly under running water and tearing it into small pieces.

In a pan covered with olive oil, stir-fry paprika over medium heat first.

Stir-fry paprika and add oyster mushroom

I put in 1 big spoon of oyster sauce.
The point is to stir-fry the oyster mushroom on high heat so that it doesn't get water!

It's delicious if you add chives instead of green onions.
It's made with (G)I-DLE's side dishes. It's delicious.
Sometimes, I soak the glass noodles in here and stir-fry them together, but Yuri likes it.
