STEP 1/4
Grind the oats into powder in a blender. For decoration later, I left some oats and ground them.
STEP 2/4
Add frozen blueberries, bananas, milk and vanilla yogurt to blender and grind. I left some bananas for decoration later.
STEP 3/4
Pour into a bowl and decorate with fruits and nuts. I decorated it with fresh blueberries, bananas and oats that I had left behind, and nuts on the list.
If you can't drink milk, you can replace it with lactose-free milk or plant-based milk (coconut milk, almond milk, etc.).
