STEP 1/12
I bought a chicken and trimmed it. You can cook chicken comfortably if you use chicken for chicken stew! (Oh, if you remove the oily part, it tastes cleaner.)
STEP 2/12
If you look closely at the meat. You can see blood clots and intestines between the bones. Wash this clean under running water.
STEP 3/12
Now season the drained chicken with 1t of salt and 1/3t of pepper, then add 3t of flour and mix well.
STEP 4/12
Slice mushrooms & tomatoes in half, carrots & onions & potatoes in moderation to taste good. (Peel potatoes and carrots)
STEP 5/12
You can slice the bacon into the right size to eat, and garlic.
STEP 6/12
In a preheated skillet, saute 2T olive oil, bacon, and garlic over medium-low heat until garlic is golden brown, and place in another bowl. (approximately 2 minutes)
STEP 7/12
Add the chicken to the remaining oil and cook over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown. (About 15 minutes)
STEP 8/12
While roasting the chicken, simultaneously add butter and tomatoes to another frying pan and stir-fry the tomatoes over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 9/12
Add vegetables ( button mushrooms, onions, carrots, potatoes), 1t of salt, 1/3t of pepper, and stir-fry for about 13 minutes.
STEP 10/12
Now that the chicken is golden brown, add the red wine, water, stir-fried vegetables, chicken stock, Worcester sauce and herbs and bring to a boil over high heat. Then, when it starts to boil, cover and bring to a boil over low heat. (About 1 hour and 30 minutes)
STEP 11/12
10 minutes before completion. Take out the herbs and put in the dried plums, and you're done. (If you have dried plums, you don't have to put them in.)
STEP 12/12
The finished Cocobang is delicious with rice and bread.
T = 15 cc (measuring spoon) standard.
