Making Coffee Bean Cookies

Cooking Steps: STEP 1/10

Add the pre-heated milk and melt the instant coffee.

STEP 2/10

In a bowl, gently beat in the soft butter, then add the sugar and mix well.

STEP 3/10

Add the yolk and mix well.

STEP 4/10

Add all melted instant coffee and mix evenly.

STEP 5/10

Sift together the flour and cocoa powder.

STEP 6/10

Mix it with a spatula and lightly lump together when you see a little powder.

STEP 7/10

Put the finished dough in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

STEP 8/10

Remove 5g (1/2 tsp) of dough and form into a slightly elongated round shape. Then, make a cut in the middle with the back of the knife.

STEP 9/10

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170.

STEP 10/10

If you touch cookies right away when they are hot, they may ruin their shape, so cool them down and transfer them to the cooling net when the heat disappears.
