STEP 2/7
I should've washed the garlic stems in running water before cutting them

STEP 3/7
Put some cooking oil in the frying pan
I'm going to stir-fry garlic stems that have been drained
Stir-fry it until the garlic stems get oil
STEP 4/7
I'm going to season garlic stems with cooking oil
Stir-fry 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry it until you think the sauce is on the garlic stem
Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
I like soft garlic stems more than crunchy ones
Put the lid on and cook it
If you prefer crunchy taste, leave it open without covering it
You can boil it down
STEP 6/7
When the sauce is boiled down to a certain extent, let's wrap it up
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil and sesame seeds ~
STEP 7/7
It's well seasoned and deliciously done. Stir-fried garlic!
It's been a while since I made it, so why is it so good
I added young radish kimchi and mixed rice with garlic stems
It tasted better when I mixed it. ^^
