STEP 1/11
I'm going to make two potatoes, but I couldn't guess the size after taking a picture, so I stuck out my fist. The one that's a little smaller than the fist, and the one that's smaller than that. These two.
STEP 2/11
Potatoes need to be boiled and mashed, so I cut them into small pieces and cooked them quickly.
STEP 3/11
Cook it with salt and sugar, but you don't have to season it all at this stage. I'm going to season it when I add mayonnaise later. I added half a tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 4/11
I prepared cucumber by digging out the middle and cutting it into small pieces with carrots.
STEP 5/11
I used half of the canned corn because I thought it would be a lot if I put it all in, and I poured hot water to wash away impurities. It's potato salad, but I shouldn't have more corn, right? If you want to use up one can, when you have more ingredients...
STEP 6/11
While preparing the ingredients, the potatoes are already cooking.
STEP 7/11
Mash potatoes when they are hot. It's not easy to crush when it's cold. I don't have a potato masher, so I mash it with a ladle.
STEP 8/11
Put the corn, carrot, and cucumber in a bowl. When my mom cooked for me, I boiled the egg separately, put the white and the yolk separately, and added onions, but I passed
STEP 9/11
You can add as much mayonnaise as you want. I added 4 tablespoons and it was bland, so I added salt and pepper to season it.
STEP 10/11
If you mix it, the potato salad is done. You just put it in the bowl and it's done
STEP 11/11
I put it on a plate, but the shape is flat, so I decorated it with carrots, corn, and cucumbers.
