Umji's King Protein Rice Ball Last time, I went on a trip to Jeju and turned on the TV late at night, and there was a program called Umji's King. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cook rice with 1 cup of brown rice. Since we mixed brown rice, Yulmu, Jo, and barley, we made it with mixed grain rice, and later we ordered brown rice separately.

2 paper cups of eggs...I needed about four eggs. I prepared 8 eggs since I'm preparing 2 servings.

Boil the egg with a little salt and vinegar, peel it, and chop only the whites. Mash the yolk directly over the rice. They say you can prepare lean meat or chicken breast instead of eggs.

Prepare 3 cups of spinach. It had about half a layer of spinach.
They said that you can make more vegetables or prepare leaf vegetables that suit your taste, not root vegetables. They say it's better not to use fruit vegetables such as carrots, onions, and sweet pumpkin because they are high in calories.

Blanch spinach in boiling water with a little bit of coarse salt, wash it in cold water, drain it, and cut it into small.

Add boiled eggs and blanched spinach to the cooked brown rice, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon sesame salt.
