Tornado omelet rice!
I saw such a pretty omelet on Facebook and fell in love with it, so I made it right away! It looks complicated, but it's easier than I thought and it's so pretty!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Like regular omurice, stir-fry vegetables like onions, carrots, and zucchini. Season with ketchup
STEP 2/3
Add a little bit of salt and mix well, pour it into the pan, set the heat between low and medium heat, and put chopsticks in the center of the pan and make a shape! If it's hard, you can return the pan. The point is that the omelet rice can be moist only when it is slightly undercooked
STEP 3/3
As for the sauce, I made brown roo with oil like butter roo, and added water and Usta sauce ketchup and boiled it while tasting it. Pour in the sauce and sprinkle a bit of parsley to decorate it!
