Make it like a simple potato omelet pizza
I went to a cooking class yesterday, and I made potato omelet, one of the dishes I learned there. I didn't follow the recipe, but I changed it to my style and finished it very quickly. As soon as the child came, he said he was hungry, so I don't know if he made it right because he was in a hurry...^^;

Ingredients
  • Potato
    1ea
  • egg
    3ea
  • Bacon
  • Paprika
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Pizza cheese
  • parsley powder
  • canola oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I cut the potatoes into small pieces. I also cut paprika, bell pepper, and bacon into small pieces, but my child didn't eat paprika, so I purposely cut them into small pieces.
STEP 2/9
Grease the pan well and fry the potatoes.
STEP 3/9
When potatoes are cooked, add bacon and cook.
STEP 4/9
Place paprika and bell pepper on top.
STEP 5/9
I used 3 eggs and a little bit of salt.
STEP 6/9
Pour in the egg mixture.
STEP 7/9
I have to mix the middle with a spatula, but I forgot to put the lid on first.
I remembered it before it was cooked, so I mixed it with a spatula, patted it nicely, covered it with a lid, and cooked it.
STEP 8/9
It looks a little burnt, but it wasn't.
STEP 9/9
Put the pizza cheese on top, microwave it for 2 minutes, melt it, and sprinkle parsley.
