Easy food styling "Sweet pumpkin duck bulgogi"

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Make the sauce in a large bowl first.
*Seasoning grounds
1 minced garlic + 1 spoon of cheongju + 1 spoon of plum extract + 3 spoons of red pepper powder + 1 spoon of oligosaccharide + 2 spoons of dark soy sauce + 2 spoons of red pepper paste + 1 spoon of sesame oil
STEP 2/8
Put 360g of smoked duck in the sauce and mix thoroughly to marinate for about 20 minutes.
If you're busy, you can stir-fry it right away without putting it to sleep! (There's not much difference, so don't worry.^^)
STEP 3/8
While marinating, wash the sweet pumpkin, microwave it for 5 minutes, and steam it for 3 minutes.
STEP 4/8
If you make a cut with a 5-6 square lid and tap it on the bottom of the knife, it will be pierced into a lid shape. Then lift the lid and scoop all the seeds with a spoon.
It might be hard to cut out the lid, but in that case, you can just cut all the sweet pumpkin in this shape.
STEP 5/8
* If you just cut it into a shape and cut out the part where the bottom touched, it will look like the picture next to it, so please refer to it.^^ It looks good, right?
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the measured duck bulgogi in a heated pan and stir-fry the sliced onions (1/2 lengthwise) and paprika (1/2 square).
STEP 7/8
When the vegetables are cooked, stir-fry 1/3 handful of enoki mushrooms and 1 handful of green onions, and boil them down a little more when there is soup and oil.
STEP 8/8
When cooked and boiled, place the sweet pumpkin in the middle and finish with sesame salt.

That's why you can let them sleep like me, but there's no problem if you don't let them sleep and stir-fry the sauce and duck right away.^^ *Cutting sweet pumpkin It's good to make a cut with a 5-6 square lid, empty the filling, and add duck bulgogi, but if you're going to cut and eat sweet pumpkin anyway, you can just cut it in this shape like the picture in step 5! Of course, if you steam it again in sweet pumpkin, it will taste better because you can feel the flavor of sweet pumpkin and eat it together, right? ^^

    We ate it really well. But the sweet pumpkin is not fully cooked.. I think you need to heat up the air fryer for the microwave oven
