STEP 1/7
Sift granulated sugar, cornmeal, and matcha into a pot.

Blend in until completely.

Add milk little by little and mix.
STEP 4/7
Mix with a hand whisk and heat over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and let it cool when it thickens like in the picture.
*You should always mix it so that it doesn't burn~

Put whipped cream in another bowl and whip it hard like a picture with a hand mixer.
*It's better to whip in a bowl with other ice water.
STEP 6/7
Add the ingredients from Step 4 and mix.
STEP 7/7
Place in a container and freeze in the freezer.
*About 12 hours
If you use Disha, it looks round and pretty
The stronger the matcha powder, the more authentic the taste comes out.
If you add toppings that you like, it becomes like parfait~~
