STEP 1/7
Primary Material:
200g of pork, 1 bowl of rice (300g), 80g of lettuce, 2 slices of cheddar slice cheese, 2 slices of tortillas, 50g of mozzarella cheese, 10g of minced onion, 5T of cooking oil, 10g of paprika (red/yellow), 10g of minced radish kimchi (20g)
STEP 2/7
Bulgogi sauce:
1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, 0.6 cup sugar, 1/4 pears, 1/4 onions, 1/4 garlic (minced garlic 2T), 1/2t pepper, 10g green onion white, cooking wine 3T
STEP 3/7
Put the bulgogi sauce ingredients into the Blender BS7 of the liquid and blend it at low speed.
STEP 4/7
Add 6T of bulgogi sauce to the pork compressed meat and bake it for about 10 minutes on the second stage of the preheated dual grill.
STEP 5/7
Add mozzarella cheese to pork of 2 and bake for another 3 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Put rice, cooking oil, and chopped vegetables in a dual grill pan of liquid and cook it for 15 minutes to make fried rice.
STEP 7/7
Put 4 kimchi fried rice, cheddar slice cheese, lettuce, and 2 pork on top of tortilla and complete it.
