I prepared pork with front leg meat.
Salted bamboo shoots remove the saltiness,
I defrosted frozen bamboo shoots and blanched them in hot water.
I prepared garlic stems that I had blanched and frozen
Chop the onions and carrots,
Cut the green onions in a generous amount.

Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and minced garlic and stir-fry them.

Lastly, add bamboo shoots and stir-fry them.

Add thick soy sauce and oligosaccharide for the lack of liver.
Soak the salted bamboo shoots in water to remove the saltiness.
If you defrost the frozen bamboo shoots and blanch them slightly in hot water, the texture is very good.
