Stir-fried pork and bamboo shoots
I blanched bamboo shoots and garlic stems from season and kept them in the freezer. If you stir-fry it spicy with Imamdae pork, it's very good as a side dish and a side dish for alcohol. It's one of the delicacies.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared pork with front leg meat.
Salted bamboo shoots remove the saltiness,
I defrosted frozen bamboo shoots and blanched them in hot water.
I prepared garlic stems that I had blanched and frozen
Chop the onions and carrots,
Cut the green onions in a generous amount.

Put 3 spoons of canola oil in a preheated frying pan and stir-fry green onions to make green onion oil.

Add the front leg meat and stir-fry it.

Stir-fry until the surface of the meat is slightly cooked.

Stir-fry onions, garlic stems, and vegetables with carrots.

When the onion is half transparent
Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and minced garlic and stir-fry them.

Lastly, add bamboo shoots and stir-fry them.

Add thick soy sauce and oligosaccharide for the lack of liver.
Soak the salted bamboo shoots in water to remove the saltiness. If you defrost the frozen bamboo shoots and blanch them slightly in hot water, the texture is very good.
