Peel off the eggplant and divide it into two equal parts.

Place eggplant in microwave bowl and cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave for 2 minutes.

When the eggplant is cooked in the microwave, it gets wet. But I'll take it out

Cut only half lengthwise and spread out the branches. And dab the moisture inside the eggplant with a kitchen towel to remove it.

Make the sauce with chopped green onions, soy sauce, plum juice, water and pepper.

Heat oil pan over medium heat and brown spread eggplant.
STEP 7/8
When the eggplant is golden brown, pour the sauce over low heat and cook.
STEP 8/8
Put rice in a large bowl and place the grilled eggplant on top and cover with 1/2 spoon of sesame oil.
- If you mix the eggplants with a spoon, you can't feel the soft texture of the eggplants, so it's easy for those who don't usually enjoy them.
- It's good to have a fried egg with me.
