Peel the potatoes and slice them into 2mm thick slices. Rather than being too thin, it needs to be a bit thick to make it crispy.

Then, soak the potatoes in lukewarm water for at least 10 minutes to remove starch and rinse them once in running water.

Spread the kitchen towel widely to remove moisture from the potatoes, spread the potatoes so that they don't overlap, and dip the top part with a kitchen towel.

Put the drained potatoes in a bowl and add a spoonful of olive oil

Mix well with a little herb salt or salt.

Put all the potatoes in the air fryer basket and fry them at 180 degrees for 6 minutes and turn them upside down for about 3 minutes.
- Thin or small ones can be fried and burned quickly, so please check once in the middle and take them out first.
- If you have seasoning or parmesan cheese powder, it's delicious even if you sprinkle it.
