Put cooking oil and garlic in the frying pan
STEP 6/13
Add chili pepper and stir-fry it. I'm going to fry it in oil, so I removed the water.
STEP 7/13
If the peppers are oily, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry them.
STEP 8/13
Turn off the heat, add the seasoning, mix it well, and turn on the heat
STEP 9/13
When the sauce boils
STEP 10/13
Add the stir-fried anchovies and mix them.
STEP 11/13
Simmer on very low heat for about 3 minutes
STEP 12/13
Turn off the heat and add the last seasoning. I don't have sesame seeds, so I put perilla seed powder. Sesame is prettier~~
STEP 13/13
Overall, it's deliciously spicy and the peppers are slightly crunchy.
If you don't like spicy food, soak the pepper in water to remove the spicy food. It'll be more spicy if you add Cheongyang. I used red pepper powder and it was spicy.
