Chicory Salad/Geotjeori for Diet Vegans
Hot weather, shorter clothes~ It's a chicory salad for diet or vegetarian. It's a salad with only vegetables, but it's a sweet and sour sauce that's perfect for your taste. It's a salad that's not burdensome.

  • Chicory
    1handful
  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • a purple onion
    1/2ea
  • Sesame
    suitably
  • Vinegar
    1/2spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • plum extract
    1/2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash a handful of chicory clean in running water and cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Cut 1/2 paprika into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/6
Slice 1/2 red onion suitable for salad, soak in water, and remove the spicy taste.
STEP 4/6
Put the drained red onion in a bowl and mix with 1/2 spoon of vinegar, 2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of plum extract and 1 spoon of sugar.
STEP 5/6
Lastly, add 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder and mix.
STEP 6/6
Put it in a bowl so that it's easy to eat and sprinkle sesame seeds on it's done!!
Try using various vegetables at home. I also recommend the type of nuts.
