It's good to use anhydrous pot in a pot like this, such as a 5-layered, 3-layered bottom pot. First, put green onions on the floor and onions. Put garlic, bay leaves, and pepper on top and cover it I put soybean paste and half a bag of mixed coffee oriental raisin juice together. The scent of oriental raisin juice catches the smell and gives off a slight herbal bossam.^^

Interestingly, it doesn't burn even though I didn't add water, and the pork belly oil is drained and the meat is cooked! If you look at it later, the floor burns a little black, but the meat is on top of the green onion, so it doesn't burn at all! The chewy and moist bossam is completed! If you don't have a triple or five-layer pot.... Put all the other ingredients in the same way, add 2T of soybean paste, 500ml of bottled water, and boil it over a gentle heat!!
