Pork galbi jeongol (= salted soup galbi)~ a clean taste
It's clean and refreshing broth with a deep in flavor. The more you boil it, the deeper the taste gets. Pork ribs, clams, cabbages, etc. It was a happy dinner with a variety of ingredients (see Alto's recipe)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Blanch pork ribs in boiling water over high heat for 5 minutes,
STEP 2/10
Wash several times in cold water and strain through a sieve.
STEP 3/10
Put radish, pork ribs, soybean paste, and rice wine in the newly boiling water (1.7L) and boil it over high heat for 25 minutes.
STEP 4/10
Sift it out after 25 minutes to complete the broth. (Radish & pork ribs are used for cooking, so don't throw them away~)
STEP 5/10
Slice zucchini, green onions, and carrots (about 5cm long), cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, cut Cheongyang red pepper & red pepper diagonally, and cut tofu, boiled radish, and cabbage leaves into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/10
Add the ingredients for the sauce sauce and mix them to complete the sauce sauce.
STEP 7/10
Place pork ribs, clams, bean sprouts, zucchini, cabbage leaves, carrots, green onions, enoki mushrooms, tofu, radish, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper in a pot.
STEP 8/10
Add minced garlic and salted shrimp to the broth you made earlier, cover it, and boil it over high heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Pour the broth into the pot with the ingredients.
STEP 10/10
Oh, you can enjoy it deliciously by boiling it in a portable gas stove.
