STEP 1/5
In a bowl, beat eggs roughly, then add sugar and mix until smooth.
STEP 2/5
Add whipped cream and vanilla extract and mix evenly.
STEP 3/5
Sift together flour, almond powder and baking powder and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 4/5
Divide the dough into six equal parts.
STEP 5/5
Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170.
