Chives and japchae
How about chives japchae on a rainy day? The glass noodles are so seasoned that they don't play separately, and the vegetables are crunchy and delicious even if they are cold. This is my favorite recipe that I've been doing for a long time.There are comments that sometimes glass noodles become rice cakes.Please refer to it before cooking.I use the glass noodles that I've been selling for a long time I did.And the glass noodles have never turned into rice cakes in my cooking process.

Ingredients

  • Oyster sauce

  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Soak the glass noodles in cold water beforehand (about 1 hour)
STEP 2/11
Shred the carrots and onions, remove the seeds and shred the red pepper, and cut the chives in half
STEP 3/11
Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan, add onions, add a pinch of salt, stir-fry slightly and cool
STEP 4/11
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, add carrots, add a pinch of salt, and stir-fry it
STEP 5/11
Add red pepper, stir-fry slightly, and cool
STEP 6/11
Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry chives, and cool.
STEP 7/11
Put 2 cups of water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and sugar in a pan, mix the glass noodles, close the bean paste, and bring to a boil (. stir once in a while until the water completely disappears) * * *CAUTION: Pour 1 cup of water first and add water according to the condition of the glass
STEP 8/11
When the water is completely gone, add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil and stir-fry it (about 3 to 4 minutes)
STEP 9/11
Stir-fry the vegetables and put the noodles in the cold, sesame oil, and salt
STEP 10/11
Mix it evenly
STEP 11/11
Place in a bowl and top with sesame salt
The chives do not stir-fry until they are fully cooked, but cook about 80%, and cool them so that the chives do not die.

    I made it on my mom's birthday It's so good It's delicious because the noodles are soaked in sauce I was worried that the noodles would get too swollen I didn't blow it at all and ate it so well. I'll have to do this recipe again next time haha
