New Potatoes vs. Small
Prepare about 10 pieces.

Prepare a commercial (beef) dish.

Prepare red pepper powder!

Peel and trim the potatoes
on the cutting board
Cut a big potato into half-moon pieces...
A small potato cuts round.

Put cooking oil in a frying pan..
STEP 6/12
Pour in about a cup and a half of water.
*Gas heat is medium low
Keep it.

I'll cut the chopped
Put it in a frying pan.
STEP 8/12
Add 2T of thick soy sauce.
STEP 9/12
Add 2T of red pepper powder and 1T of red pepper powder.
STEP 10/12
The gas stove is on medium low heat
On low heat for about 20 minutes
Stir-fry it.
STEP 11/12
The red pepper powder soup is in between the potatoes
So that it's well soaked
With a spoon or two times
rummaging through
Stir-fry it.
The chili powder sauce
If it shrinks
About half a cup of water
Pour more.
STEP 12/12
It's done!
When the potatoes cool down, scoop them up with a ladle
Put it in a side dish container.
Tasting -
The chili powder sauce
It's well soaked in potatoes
Taste good!
* I'll fry it for about 20 minutes
So that the potatoes don't cook too well
Adjust the gas flame.
* Until the potatoes are fully cooked.. Medium to low heat for 10 to 15 minutes => Make sure the sauce is self-made
When the water decreases, add 1/2 more cups of water and keep it on low heat!
*With the potatoes hard
Stir-fry until it's cooked,
so that it doesn't cook well
Stir-fry it.
* Check if the potatoes are cooked?
- I'll press the potatoes with chopsticks
If chopsticks go in well, they'll cook well.
If the potatoes are cooked too well
Potatoes break easily.
