The cucumber kimchi I made a while ago was well-cooked, so the weather was hot and I made cold noodles with cucumber kimchi. All you have to do is make soup, so you can make a simple bowl with cucumber kimchi.

1. If you want a sweet taste in the soup, add 2 tablespoons of sugar or half a tablespoon~1 tablespoon. 2. The soup needs to have a bit of a salty taste so that it's not bland when you add noodles. 3. Add or subtract vinegar to taste. 4. I think 2~3 pieces per person will be correct. 5.
