Mayo sauce with dried fish
I have a lot to do on Monday, but I don't want to move. I heard it's going to rain tomorrow, so I have to go out today. What should I post today? When I rummaged through the refrigerator, I found codfish and dried filefish fillet. I was going to season it and grill it, but it wasn't a lot, so I think I'll just increase the amount of dishes, and I made mayo sauce that you can grill and dip with beer. Squid, dried filefish, codfish... It's a delicious sauce if you dip it in dried fish.

Ingredients
  • dried codfish
  • Mayonnaise
    2TS
  • Soy sauce
    1TS
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Two codfish... That's too bad. But it's okay to eat alone. I'm in the middle of everything... But the sauce? Mayonnaise is... the irony of irony.
STEP 2/3
Bake codfish in a frying pan until golden brown. It's well-dried, right? You can bake it in a pretty way if you press it down with a flat pot.
STEP 3/3
Mayo sauce is simple to make. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 cheongyang pepper. Some of the cheongyang peppers are cut into round pieces and the rest are finely chopped. They put sesame oil or sesame seeds in here. I think it's best to put only three.
