STEP 1/10
Mince 1 onion, oil the pan and stir-fry until brown. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

After cooling the stir-fried onion, put it in the sweetened meat, 8 spoons of bread crumbs, 1 spoon of soy sauce,
Add 1/2 spoon of minced garlic, 2 spoon of ketchup, 1 pinch of salt, and an appropriate amount of pepper and mix.

Add 1 egg while adjusting the concentration.

If the meat is well lumped together, divide it into the desired size.

To make it look pretty, dents the middle part.

Grease a frying pan and bake the finished hamburger steak
If one side is cooked, turn it upside down and bake it the same way.

Add 1 onion shredded in the remaining gravy pan and stir-fry slightly.

Stir-fry 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, 6 spoons of ketchup, and 1/2 cups of water to complete the sauce.

Sprinkle sauce on top of hamburger steak and it's done!!
It's more delicious if you put fried eggs or cheese on top of it.
I only used pork, but if you mix pork and beef in a 1:1 ratio, a much softer and more delicious steak is made.
(There is a slight dryness when using only pork.)
