STEP 1/11
Shred cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onions into long pieces, and chop cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Likewise, peel and shred the beet,

You can chop the beef into long pieces, and chop the whole garlic into thick pieces.

Grease a preheated frying pan with olive oil, then stir-fry carrots, onions, beef, garlic, beet and tomatoes (approximately 2 minutes each) over medium heat. (Add a little salt & pepper to season each.)

Since there are a lot of ingredients I didn't stir-fry them all at once, but separately.

Oh, if you stir-fry beef with 2T of white wine, it will help with the smell.
STEP 7/11
Place cabbage, potatoes, and beef bone soup in a saucepan, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 8/11
After 10 minutes, add the previously stir-fried ingredients, bay leaves, 2/3T of salt, 1/2t of pepper, and boil over medium and low heat for 20 minutes.

For those who are sensitive to meat smell. If you add a time or a deal, you can feel a cleaner taste. (It's not an essential ingredient!)! to your liking.)
STEP 10/11
Borsch When it's almost done, bake bread next to it.
STEP 11/11
If you eat the finished borsch with bread or mix it with rice, it with rice.
