STEP 1/6
Boil the egg with salt and vinegar (about 5 minutes) in cold water and peel it
STEP 2/6
Chop green onions, red peppers, cheongyang peppers, and onions
STEP 3/6
Put soy sauce, water, plum extract, tuna liquid, and sugar in a pot and boil it a little by little.
STEP 4/6
Add green onion, red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and minced garlic and turn off the heat.
STEP 5/6
After cooling it down, put the egg in the refrigerator and let it ripen for about a day before eating. (Turn the egg over so that the soy sauce is evenly soaked after half a day.)
STEP 6/6
After marinating for a day, cut it into bite-sized pieces and put soy sauce ingredients on top of it and sprinkle a little bit of sesame salt.
Add or subtract the time boiled in the egg according to size or preference.
For your information, I have a small egg size.
