Cooking Steps

I like chicken tenderloin more. For chicken tenderloin, trimming the ingredients is more important than chicken breast. Remove the tendon or fat.
STEP 3/6
Then, add 3L of cold water to the trimmed and washed chicken tenderloin and boil it. When it boils up, bubbles come to mind. Remove the foam, please.
STEP 4/6
Remove the foam and add the vegetables~~ Add vegetables and simmer for an hour on low heat.

If you boil it on low heat for an hour, the amount of 3L decreases Then let it cool down for a while. And if you take out the vegetables, you're done!!

I measured how much tenderloin, which was 200g, has been reduced. It was 140g. Chicken tenderloin is more finely chopped than chicken breast. It's easier than you think^^
