Cut sweet potatoes freely into bite-size pieces and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove starch

Drain the sweet potatoes without starch on a sieve

Pour the oil into the pan, and when the oil is heated, reduce the heat to medium, add the sweet potatoes, and fry until golden, about 5 to 8 minutes

Place the well-fried sweet potato on a sieve and remove the fat

Add sugar, honey and water to another pan, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes until concentration is set, and then turn off the heat

Add well-fried, de-greased sweet potatoes to syrup 5 times and mix well

Mince the nuts and sprinkle them. (It's optional.)
You have to remove the moisture completely before frying the sweet potatoes
