Making Jongwon Baek omelet rice sauce (tornado omelet rice)
It tastes even better because I only put ketchup on it every day and made a delicious omurice sauce!!

  • Soy sauce

  • Ketchup

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, melt 3T of oil or 2T of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
STEP 2/7
When butter melts in a frying pan, add flour.
And mix it well. This is what it's called, Lou.
STEP 3/7
When Lu is finished, add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and steak sauce and mix again.
STEP 4/7
Then add 1.5 cups of water and mix well.
STEP 5/7
If you add water and mix it well, the concentration of the sauce will be adjusted like this.
Lastly, add pepper powder
STEP 6/7
Now, I'm going to make a very popular tornado omelet rice.
Beat in 1 egg and add oil in a heated frying pan.
STEP 7/7
When the ends are cooked as the color changes, use chopsticks to hold both ends. Then, turn the frying pan gently to make a tornado. It's harder than I thought
Please refer to the video for how to make omurice. If you don't have steak sauce when you make the sauce, you don't have to put it in.
