  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Peel the potatoes and soak them in water
Remove starch (30 minutes)
Add some cooking oil and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
So that it doesn't stick. Keep stir-frying
STEP 2/4
Add 1.5 times the water to the prepared sauce, and then add the Yangnyeongjang little by little, not all at once
STEP 3/4
If the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent
Add onions and sliced peppers
I'll stir-fry it a bit
Finish with sesame oil and sesame salt
STEP 4/4
I like onions crunchy, so I didn't stir-fry them a lot
