STEP 1/11
By color, white is rice-eye konjacmi, yellow is turmeric konjacmi, and purple is Aronia konjacmi.
STEP 2/11
The recipe for konjac rice is simple. You can do it the same as when you cook regular rice. The ratio of rice3 to konjac rice1 is fine. I measured it with a soju glass to reduce the amount. Whether you measure it with a paper cup or any cup, you just need to have the right ratio
STEP 3/11
Wash the rice first and drain it.
STEP 4/11
Add rice-eye konjac rice and washed rice, and add 1.2 times the water to the two amounts of rice. Konjac rice is washed rice, so you don't need to clean it. Please put it in as it is. If you're feeling dry, you can wash the konjacmi in running water. Konjac rice floats at first, but sinks after a while.
STEP 5/11
You don't have to turn the heat high from the beginning.
STEP 6/11
Cover the earthen pot without a lid with a plate or air that fits the diameter
STEP 7/11
Turn down the heat more when the rice water starts to boil. When you cover the lid, you should not close it completely so that the rice water doesn't boil over.
STEP 8/11
When the rice water is completely reduced, heat it on low for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it steam for about 10 minutes. If it fails and the rice is undercooked, add a little more water and boil it again over low heat for about 10 minutes. If you're having a hard time with rice, just use an electric rice cooker
STEP 9/11
Mix it well. It's rice-eyed konjacmi
STEP 10/11
It's Aronia Konjacmi
STEP 11/11
It's turmeric konjacmi
