STEP 1/13
I'm going to kneading first. Add flour, eggs, water, sugar, salt and yeast, forming a lump, then add cooking oil or butter and knead for about 10 minutes or so.
STEP 2/13
Ferment the dough for about an hour. Ferment until more than double.
STEP 3/13
During fermentation, make a small hole and cover it with plastic wrap or plastic.
STEP 4/13
Make a cow in the middle of fermentation. Grease and saute minced garlic and onions until lightly browned, then saute with soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, pepper and minced pork. If you like ham, you don't need garlic, cooking wine, or soy sauce. Just chop the ham and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/13
Stir-fry until it is not wet.
STEP 6/13
Add chives, 2 boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and a little salt to the stir-fried meat and mix well. Cut the chives into two little fingers.
STEP 7/13
When the dough is fermented, it's kneaded well and then cut it into 10 pieces (I cut it into 8 pieces, but it's quite big)^^) After that, make it round and ferment it again for about 15 minutes.
STEP 8/13
Melt the fermented dough, drain the gas, spread it with your hands, put the filling inside, and make it round and flat.
STEP 9/13
Coat the bread with the filling with flour, coat it with egg-bread crumbs in order, and cover the bread with the batter lightly and ferment it for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
STEP 10/13
Fry back and forth over medium heat (160 degrees) for about 5 minutes.
STEP 11/13
If the surface turns brown too quickly, turn down the heat.
STEP 12/13
Remove the oil from the strainer after frying. Drain and place in a bowl.
If you think the chives are strong, cut them into small pieces. If you make it wrong, it may come out of the dough later.
Add or subtract mayonnaise or salt as much as you like.
