  • Vienna sausage

  • Carrot

  • Paprika

  • Soy sauce

  • crushed garlic

  • Oligosaccharide

  • Cooking oil

  • Sesame oil

  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I washed 200g of fish cake in running water and soaked it in hot water for about 3 minutes. I blanch it slightly in boiling water, but I'll just do this much. ^^
STEP 2/5
Same for the sausage, I washed it, soaked it in water for 3 minutes, and washed it off
STEP 3/5
Slice the three vegetables you prepared
STEP 4/5
Put all the ingredients in a cooking oil pan and stir-fry slightly over medium heat
STEP 5/5
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes Turn off the heat, put sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame salt
